Art Lead

We are looking for an Art Lead for an unannounced fantasy action multiplayer game for PC/PlayStation/XBox in Unreal Engine 5.

We are looking for a talented professional who can establish a catchy and memorable visual style and maintain it across different art departments.

• participating in art style development

• providing feedback and maintaining established art style across art departments

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• strong ability to communicate ideas verbally and visually

• good artistic skills

• strong knowledge of composition, anatomy, color theory

• familiarity with Unreal Engine or similar engine

• good understanding of game ready assets creation pipeline

• proactivity

• high level of self-organization

• effective teamwork

• ability to provide quality feedback and to receive one

• good problem solving skills especially through communication
