Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Game Producer for our client, a publisher of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games. The company connects game developers and helps them quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market.
The new Producer will be responsible for leading external teams and delivering a successful project with them.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Supervision and assistance in the development of projects with external teams.
Support and revision of the products.
Evaluation and monitoring of competitors, searching for opportunities to improve the products.
Growth hacking and developing hypotheses based on data and user research.
Close communication and developing an effective integration flow with external teams. Regular interaction with other departments of the company and various specialists.
Assistance in finding external teams for the release of new projects.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience as a Product Manager/Game Producer/Publishing Manager, preferably in hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games.
Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
Knowledge of product metrics and the ability to work with them.
Ability to communicate with teams. Taking responsibility for your actions and the team's actions.
A strong passion for gaming and in-depth knowledge of games and the game industry.
